Please read these terms before using Torrent - File Saver. By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.


1. ABOUT THE APP


Torrent - File Saver is a free mobile web browser for iOS. It provides fast browsing, private tabs that leave nothing behind, ad and tracker blocking, HTTPS-First secure connections, a reader-style Focus View, tab management, file saving and search across your choice of search engine.


Torrent - File Saver is free to use. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. The app is supported by advertising.


2. LICENCE


We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Torrent - File Saver on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, rent or lease the app.


3. ACCEPTABLE USE


You agree not to use Torrent - File Saver to:


Access, download or distribute content that is illegal where you are

Infringe copyright, trademarks or any other intellectual property rights

Share or obtain copyrighted material you do not have the right to

Harass, threaten, defame or harm any person

Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or tamper with the app

Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools through the app

Circumvent any technical protection or access restriction


You are solely responsible for how you use the app and for the content you choose to access through it.


4. FILES, SAVING AND MAGNET LINKS


Torrent - File Saver can save files that a website offers for download. Saved files are stored on your device only.


Torrent - File Saver does not include a torrent client and never downloads torrent content. When you tap a magnet link, the link is handed to a separate application that you have installed on your device. We do not control that application, do not host or index any content, and take no part in what is transferred.


You are responsible for ensuring that anything you access, save, open or share through the app is lawful and that you hold the rights to do so. Do not use Torrent - File Saver to obtain copyrighted material without permission.


5. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT


Torrent - File Saver gives you access to the open internet. We do not own, control, endorse, monitor or take responsibility for any third-party website, service or content reached through the app, including its accuracy, legality or safety. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and them.


6. ADVERTISING


The app displays advertising supplied by third-party networks, including Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network. We do not control which specific ads are shown. Our handling of advertising identifiers is described in our Privacy Policy.


7. PRIVACY

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES


Torrent - File Saver is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.


We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that blocking will catch every ad or tracker, or that any defect will be corrected. Features such as ad blocking and HTTPS-First depend on how individual websites are built and cannot be guaranteed on every site.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use Torrent - File Saver, including anything you access, save or share through it.


10. TERMINATION


You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access without notice if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that harms other users, third parties or us.


11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS


We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.


12. GOVERNING LAW


These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.


13. APPLE


Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for Torrent - File Saver or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
